About Me Essay:

I am a 47 year old divorced nutjob. I've raised 2 kids alone who turned out perfect ;) I haven't been in a relationship for a few years, basically I'm borderline nun. Now that my kids are grown I'm ready to re-enter the dating game. I have my sidekick dog Betty - an Australian Sheperd, a perverted cat, and four fish - score! Love nature, hiking, swimming, animals, fishing, camping, horseback riding and geekdom. Collect some collectable toys like The Simpsons, Ren & Stimpy, Bullwinkle, etc. Antiquing is in the family tree. Love watching football and baseball. Love watching Little League games, black & white movies (no offense). Gotta have comedy, comedy, comedy. Psychology is fascinating. Virgo. Love cars vrrooooom! The best cars being from the 70's like the best music. Gimme a 72' Chevelle or a 442, Nova, Gutless, or maybe a 59' Cadillac or 56' Thunderbird with porthole windows. Anyway, I'm about as independent as I can get. I do most of my own home repairs - ok the little stuff like replacing outlets and switches, etc. I change car tires and oil, and the little stuff for cars too. Check them fluids blah blah blah. Lately I've been doing poetry and working on writing a book that's going to be on the top 10. Watch and see. I've been living alone now for a couple years, since I became an empty nester. It doesn't matter, I was doing the lawn mowing and driveway shoveling anyway. >snap< Calgon take me away......
