I need suggestions just in case my mom asks me y I am not going any more.

Since I am not going to go to the 99 cent store any more what reason should I give my mother. You see if I say "They are not selling the clothes any more because it is not profitable for them" I don't know if she will believe me.

But at the same time I don't want to say the following: (1) "I have enough clothes so I don't need any more" and/or (2) "The quality is not as good" because I have no idea what she will say and it could be something that might upset me.

So what sounds plausible and wont get her to make any comments that might upset me?

Update: October 25, 2009.
to makinit40 - the stuff I buy is definitely NOT junk. It is top quality I buy.

How often do you drink alcohol?

I typically have a few drinks socially on the weekend, just about every weekend (especially now that football season is in session -- just doesn't feel right watching a game without a beer in my hand). I never drink alone, and I don't drink and drive. My doctor told me that I have an alcohol problem, but I disagree. I don't think drinking socially on weekends qualifies as a drinking problem, and on top of that, if I have a drinking problem, then so does every other single person I know!

Do you know the difference between guts and having balls?

A husband comes home from a night of drinking to find his wife in the living room with a broom in her hand.

He asks, still cleaning or panning on going for a ride?

That's having balls. . . . .

Another husband comes home from drinking also, smelling of perfume and lipstick on his collar.

Slaps his wife on the ass and says your next chubby. . . .

That takes guts . . . . .

Can anyone agree that it takes time to discard the previous?

I have noticed that when I first go into a new relationship there is always someone or someones ligering. Usually not someone who was serious but always someone.

Not just the guys someones but I have found I have them too. Just people I was talking to as though I might be interested in being serious.. with knowing that I actually am not.

Passing the time I guess.

but what is the purpose of keeping these extras on the side for a few more weeks/months?

Is it back up? Or maybe just the attention? Or just dont know how to quickly dispose of them?

Ex girlfriend problem!!!!!!!!

She and I dated for a year and lived together for a few months. Well things were great or so I thought. About 3 months ago she wanted me to move out. Didnt explain why so I moved out. We still dated and I contniued to go over on the weekends and stay the night. However she broke up with me 2 weeks later. Said she fell out of love with me. Thats all the explanation I got. I tried to see what happened and tried to taalk to her and I did and she said she didnt wanna get back together just yet. It's been 2 1/2 months and I use to contact her with no response from her. So I stopped. I havent heard from her in months. Last friday she text me around 10:30 and asked me how I was doin. I replied hours later and we texted for over an hour. Just talked about how things were going for each other and that was about it. Anyways things seem good. I talked to her on facebook a few days ago and we talked for a few mins. I havent heard from her since tuesday. What should I do? I still love and care for her but I don't wanna get my hopes up and have my heart broken again. I no she cares about me and loves me so any suggestions?

Not sure what to make of her actions? Havent heard from her in months now all of a sudden she contacts me?

I seen her sister days before my ex wrote me and my ex's sister said she was still in love with me so I dunno... maybe she is trying to see if i wanna try things again i dont no.. what should i do?

how to train a new husband? to clean up after himself

I have the FLU extremely badly.
I made MYSELF chicken noodle soup, because he did not do it, after I asked him to..
He made himself SPICY sausage and is now using our big bulky Mixer to make Pudding.

Last time he used the Mixer himself, he left it sit for 2 or 3 days and did NOT bother to clean it!!
WE are getting roaches in the apartment.

What can I say without starting a screaming match to get him to clean the mixer when he is through?

He is mixing NOW, I calmly asked him to clean it when he is through and told him the location I saw a Roach at today.
Though I have a feeling that still will NOT get the job done.

he creates messes, then lets it sit and rot!
I work 46 hours a week, I work MORE than him..

Should I hire a Maid with his grocery money and let him go hungry a few meals? and TELL HIM I hired a maid, sorry we cant afford much food?

HOW DO YOU TRAIN A NEW HUSBAND to not "use" you to clean up after him????

wouldn't be SO bad if it weren't for the fact that I'm on bed rest and extremely SICK and physically CANT clean up after him...
