I need to know if anyone struggles daily with anxiety and if you have any positive solutions..I've talked to my doctor about it, and he's very quick to throw pills at any problem I present him with.. I am looking for positive and drug-free solutions that have worked for anyone that has struggled with the same problem. I have struggled with this for a long time, and it's time to stop feeling this way and start loving life. Any suggestions are welcome!! What does it mean when a guy walks into the room and your heart races?So this guy I know walks into the office where i work and as soon as i see him my heart begins to race and pound in my chest. It was the weirdest thing. I didnt even get a chance to smile until after he left because i dont think it registered in my brain completely.
