I'm a 56 Y/O male who's position was eliminated after 27 years with the same company as a Production Supervisor. My health is not in the best of health now( Diabetic and Heart Condition ) eligible for some retirement money but EX wife gets half. I tried a physical labor job but was advised to seek other work by my Cardiologist and Family Doctor. I'm trying to sell things on Ebay but not much luck. Savings won't last forever. Any Suggestions?

Are there really any jobs for a person to do from home that aren't a rip off. I live in area that still has dial up and no high speed internet. So the only job I found that was working from home I wasn't able to take. There has to be something a Mom of a disabled child can do.

I am currently not working outside the home so that I can take care of my 15 y/o that had back surgery..I expect to be able to return to work around August..is there anything I can do from home in the meantime to bring money in?

Update: April 21, 2007.
I would like to thank each of you for taking time out of your day to respond to my question!! Thank you all also for the quick healing wishes for my son..an assault on a child is never an easy thing, and when you add surgery to healing it makes it harder emotionally and physically!! Thanks again...Cyn
