Do you stop drinking caffine after a certain time????

Does it tend to keep you awake if you drink it to late in the day/night????

Update: July 10, 2009.
I drink tea all day and into the night. I have a mug of iced tea beside me now....It just keeps me getting up to the bathroom, but does not stop me from sleeping.
