My ex wont stop calling/IMing me. He is too dependent.

I don't want to talk to him and I really hate not answering phone calls/IMs. I feel bad for the poor guy but he's a little manipulative. He's weak emotionally and really dependent. I can't have that right now. I'm too young and too inexperienced to take care of someone else in addition to myself. When I DO answer the phone, we end up staying on there for at least an hour and it is SO FRUSTRATING!! How do I DEAL WITH THIS??! It's getting very frustrating. Should I give him some closure? Would that help?
