Am I freaking out or is this normal?

I am off birth control and have decided to try for our first baby me and my husband. I am just really scared. I am scare about the pain if the baby will come out o.k. ME and my husband both were asthmatic when small so I am afraid he will come out like that too. I am already so worried and I am not even pregnant yet. Is this normal?????
