Here's my contribution to the Super Bowl Party!

For those of you who have not yet made your snacks for the Super Bowl, I'm going to share with you Marvin Martian's World Famous recipe for dip. Everytime I go to a party, I am asked to bring this dip, because people love it so much. The nice thing is that it's easy as heck to make too.

Brown one pound of ground sausage of your choice. I use Jimmy Dean mild, but if you like a kick, choose the medium or hot. Drain it and set it aside.

Melt one pack of creme cheese in a pot over medium heat. You just want to melt it - not burn it.

Once your creme cheese is melted, add one small can (6 or 8 oz, I believe) of Rotella diced tomatos and peppers. Mix it together well.

Finally, stir the sausage into the mixture.

You can then grab your favorite chips and start dipping, but if you put the whole thing in a croc-pot, it lets the flavor mix better.

You can adjust the quantities as you like. I usually make three to four times this amount each time I make it, because it never lasts.

Just make sure you have plenty of chips!!!!!

If you try this, you'll have to let me know if you liked it.

MM

PS. I'm pulling for the Martians in the Super Bowl! I'm hoping my fellow martians will show up, beat both teams, then rescue me.

What is the best way to transition into vegetarianism?

I'm broke and don't plan on spending a lot on processed fake-meats. And I'm particular about the texture of most grains. So how do I transition into being vegetarian?

I know its better than eating a lot of meat. As of now, I eat everything but pork, and I eat at least 1 meat meal a day. I want to eventually work my way to being vegan but its hard because I love seafood and fish. Any (helpful) suggestions would be appreciated.
