Drink of the Week: The Eiffel Sour

In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine Grey Goose Vodka, lime segments, simple syrup, and St. Germain. Shake well. Pour entire contents of the shaker into a tall glass. Top with Perrier and stir delicately.

. 1 oz Grey Goose Vodka
. 8 lime segments
. .25 oz simple syrup
. .25 oz St. Germain
. 1.5 oz Perrier sparkling water
