Vitamins, and minerals..or supplements?

What do you take everyday?? I take a multivitamin and biotin and vitamin C. I am also thinking of taking magnesium and chromium.

I take fish,flaxseed and borage oils...for the omegas..., folic acid and niacin ..and a kids chewable multivitamin a few times a week, and a calcium with vit. D every day. My Dr told me every woman over 30 should be taking calcium.

I take fulvic acid (great source of minerals), a blood sugar supplement with chromium/manganese/zinc in it, selenium, vit D, fish oil and ant extract. I also take multi B and use magnesium oil if I need them.

I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil when I remember to and feel like it, but I'm not too strict with it -- I like food that resembles stuff found in nature, anyway, so I get at least a mediocre nutritional profile from my meals.
