What cures insomnia?? I mean ..

I can take a sleeping pill and go to bed early and wake up at a decent hour but then..even if i awake early and am tired all day..i plan on going to bed at a decent time since i am very tired..but no matter how tired i am all day..i get fully awake around 10 pm everynight. I hate my insomnia

You should see your family doctor and tell him/her what's going on here have blood work done there could be another reason why you are feeling this way. You could have fibromylgia I know this makes me tired to plus those pills could be doing this to you to please do this fine out whats wrong here ok.

Your husband should cure your insomnia. Any woman in my life won't have that problem. I would hold her all night until she zonks out into a deep sleep.

yOU KNOW---LACK OF SLEEP CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF tYPE 2 DIABETES...AMONG OTHER THINGS. ooops, sorry for the caps. Can you get into a sleep clinic?

Do something that makes your body tired. When i swim for three hours..I always sleep better. Your body and brain are not in sync with sleep.

There are two things you need to get good sleep. 1. Complete darkness. 2. Complete silence. (no sounds from the heater coming on, etc.) Then, just listen to your breathing. Dont think. Just listen to yourself breathe. HOLD still. In and out, in and out. This works for me. And try to do this at a regular time every day. It's called regular sleep. Regular hours and regular sleep. Hope this helps you.
