Ugh, you just made my gut sink as I remember reading a statement from a 3 year old in the case, she had no idea something was wrong about it. Lifetime movies get it wrong, people that care about the child snap to attention to protect the child, it's the victim that goes into denial.

I would always belioeve the daughter. It would have to be plainly proven that she was lying, I mean extremely plainly proven. The burden of proof would be on the accused shoulders.
