I could maybe see a Fashion Designer being blind.
There are great Seamstresses and Tailors who are blind and I don't know how they do it but they tailor clothing by feel and by getting verbal feedback and talent, so, I'm assuming they could also design.
Beethoven was deaf.
As far as I know, Gemologists need to SEE but they could work with a Gemologist.
Pilots need to see.
In fact, military members can't be Pilots if they are even color-blind. (Some civilian Pilots can be under certain restrictions.)
Military members can't be Photographers if they are color-blind but there are professional Photographers who are color-blind.
Lots of folks who work with electronic wiring, transformers, resistors, and capacitors must not be color-blind.
There are a lot of jobs one can't have if they are blind but there are A LOT of jobs they can do.
