It has always bothered me when people use manipulation for their own benefit.
Manipulators could use that the help others instead!
Guilt is a wasted emotion!
Guilt is the feeling of being unworthy, bad, evil, remorseful, self-blaming, and self-hating.
If someone has upset you or made you feel guilty, simply point it out.
Guilt-producing people ae beest dealt with by being perfectly honest and straightforward.

Yes! I think some people like to have power over others and will try to make them feel guilty and turn things around..really they were the ones who should feel bad and apologize but if they're master manipulators then they'll avoid it. I think I'm done feeling guilty when it comes to certain people.

I know that I can be manipulated, but into feeling guilty, no not if I'm not guilty. I am easly manipulated into feeling important or worthy, when really they don't think I am. Once I do find out how they feel, all trust goes out the window.
