some vegeterians don't make a big deal and are happy just eating the side dishes.

No , I don't and never have expected anything . But I do always accomidate my guest. I cook meat for family and friends. And I cook by smell and the meat is always enjoyed.Its a surprize a vegitarian can cook meet.
