Adding a cup to your already existing diet will not help you lose weight. Losing weight is a matter of calories in versus calories burned. If you don't change anything from your current diet and add v8 on top of it, it will not decrease your calorie intake nor increase the number of calories burned. It will have little to no effect.
I would suggest that instead of drinking v8 fusion, why not eat the actual fruits and vegetables? It's cheaper, gives you the same nutrients and also includes fiber. Fiber helps clean out your bowels and reduces bloating. Fiber also helps regulate sugar absorption. When you drink fruit juice, the sugar floods into your blood stream all at once, causing insulin levels to spike and fall off. When you eat the fruit, the body has to break down the fiber to get the sugar, leading to a slower and more controlled infusion of sugar into the system.
Furthermore, eating fruits and vegetable will help fill you up, meaning that instead of adding another serving of juice, it can actually replace part of another food serving. Since fruits and vegetables are very nutrient dense and low-calorie, it can help reduce you're overall caloric intake, which will help you lose weight. Even better than helping you lose weight, it will improve your overall health.
I know you said you eat right and that's great. But always eat food as fresh and as close to how it was made in nature as you can. Eating a piece of fruit is always better than eating a juiced fruit, especially one out of a can. Eat food made ON a plant, not IN a plant.
Best of luck.

Depends on how many calories are in it. If it's the diet version, it won't hurt and you'll be getting added fruits and veggies. :-) Good luck!

Not sure about the losing weight part, but surely it can't hurt you. Isn't that equivalent to a serving or two of your fruits and veggies? All of that you can get the better. Keep up the good work, I need your motivation! :)

V8 juice is like drinking a serving of vegetables and it has around 50 calories. Make it a part of your meals and drink water. Rosey
