i'm a manager with my employee..a crush on my employee..

has anyone ever been in love with an employee who works for you? how did you hide your feelings? what did you do?

I have had several wome approach me due to my position and what they saw as power...

...and I would never go there.

I don;t know what level you ae in, but you are potentially playing with fire, or need to get a new job.

I am not a manager. Working relationships odds of working out are very slim. I think you being around a person for a long duration feelings will eventually will start to develop. I think this is the reason why you have feelings for this person. I think when you work at a job you should keep business separate from personal.

I have been attracted and thought about WHAT IF a few times. I would NEVER jeopardize my career, my intregrity or my reputation, by acting out on those feelings.

If you're a manager, you need to act professionally and realize that having a "crush" on an employee of yours is totally inappropriate.

This is just asking for problems at work. That could potentially make that employee and other co-workers very uncomfortable.

I would suggest you focus more on doing your job and setting a good example for employees than acting like a high school kid.
