When are you planning it next time? I have lot's of tips but (pardon the pun) you need to stop for now if it is hurting as you will do damage to yourself.

Make sure you have healthy bowels, plenty of fibre etc Try taking a magnesium suppliment as it is a muscle relaxant (good for many things). Start small (literally), a lot of anal foreplay and lube! You can never have too much lube. Tell him to be gentle through the whole process and just relax and enjoy the experience. If it hurts, stop. It is not for everyone, don't just do it to make him happy or you might end up in surgery (that is a reality).

Start by refraining from anal sex. It works.

There is no pain free way, unless you are a hooker and do it everyday.

But, there is NUMBING lotion you can get at your local Toy Store than acts like Benzocaine and numbs the area. You can apply it directly BEFORE you begin, AND put some on his condom.

Anal Ese cream, sold in Adult stores.
it's in a red box, picture of a petite Chinese lady on the box.
about $7 or $8 ?
It contains a numbing agent for the initial penetration.and is cherry scented/flavored, and greasy for GOOD lube properties!
Anal Ese is the ONLY WAY TO GO for anal sex!
It helps IMMENSELY! :)

BTW. It can be pain free, even when you don't do it often. You need a considerate partner. It is a very different sensation to vaginal sex but it doesn't have to mean pain.

It doesn't make it painfree, but I found that it helps a lot to have a g-spot vibrator in at the same time - the vibrations seem to help relax the anus as well as make it more enjoyable.

RELAX. Use lube. And relax while using lube.

the are a few things my wife has found that help ease that inital pain. first thing have him give you asshole a lot of attention, licking, fingering and use a small toy to get relaxed. then when youfeel ready have him start to enter you very slowly and only a bit at a time. sometimes it take a few minutes of me just gently easing into her bum and then she relaxes and the fun can start.
Remember porno anal sex is not real. Those girls have already had a butt plug or some other type of toy in their ass before the guy enteres them.
