They all do to a point. It's the ones that can't stop the stare. Men are more visual.

Only the distracted and insensitive ones. In my book it is not "common". I think it's rude to the one he "loves" in my book. I can concentrate on the person I'm with and not get distracted... now if a semi truck comes through the restaurant doors while we are eating, I may just have a hard time concentrating on the conversation at hand... ;-)

All men stare. Period. Most women do, too. We're all human (some more than others), and we are all bound by our biological imperitives. The ones you don't notice staring are usually either too self-absorbed, too whipped, or too sneaky to be caught doing it or care.

Yes, they do, even the single ones, some more obvious than others.

Married men still have eyes. They know beauty or ugly when they see it. I don't believe they have to stare. But, if one finds a person really attractive or weird looking, they usually make the mistake of staring. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I don't think it's any more common than a woman or child staring.

Women window shop. Men stare. Doesn't mean they want to buy, just checking what's out there.

Yeah they do! And many married women stare at good looking men.

But there is a line. It's rude to stare, point, have your mouth open ESPECIALLY when your wife is right there!
