Best Steak? What is the best tasting meat type?

This is for men who eat meat. What is the best kind of meat you can get at a resturant? sirloin, rib eye, prime rib? what is the most tender but still has substance? like velvet in your mouth but it takes like meat?

All that is redundant if you're getting the wrong grade and from the wrong cattle.

Restaurant steak always taste so much better because they have a higher grade than most people buy in their local supermarket.

If you want the absolute best in quality, you should eat Kobe (Wagyu) beef. Kobe beef is even more tender and contains even more fat than grade A beef -- and good lord, is it soft; it practically melts in your mouth.

When I go to a restaurant, I usually order the filet mignon -- all the other cuts I leave for home preparation.

It depends on the meat and the type of cooking you are doing... But as far as steaks go I'll take a well salted ribeye steak on a HOT grill so it gets that nicely browned crunch on the outside rare to mid-rare inside and finished with rosemary, pepper, and butter....Mmmmmm (Oh and you do want to pepper it after you grill it, as pepper will burn)
