Valentine's Day Date

My boyfriend decided at the last minute to go home, which is three hours away for Valentine's Day. I assumed we were going to do something together, so I made sure I would have the day free from other plans, and am all caught up on my work for classes. So now I have no plans, everyone else seems to and I don't want to be alone. Would it really be cheating if I went out with someone else? If he really wanted to be with me he would, the only reason he went home is to see his family. I don't plan on sleeping with someone else. Am I just a horrible person for even thinking of this?

Do something for yourself, and with your other girlfriends, but leave out other guys.
Sometimes, it's as tough for a man to balance the guilt his family throws on him.
I had to forego a chance to take a weekend cross-country skiing with my sweetheart, because it was my dad's birthday, and we had a big get-together planned for him.
I never did go skiing with her.

If you got out with another guy, break up with the boyfriend first. No need in being a cheater.
