What are jigsaw puzzles, that are glued together and made into framed art, worth? My friend works on jigsaw puzzles during her free time. After she completes them, she glues them and puts them into very expensive frames. She insists that in the future they are going to be worth much more than regular framed prints because of the hours it takes to put the puzzle together. Does the time acually put more value into the framed piece? I'm puzzled???? - Asked by Female, 46-55 |

I think your friend is going to be very disappointed in the end because people just aren't willing to pay for framed puzzles, no matter how nice they are. If I were her, I'd try to sell them at garage/yard sales or at craft bazaars in a bid to get some of the money I've invested in this hobby back because I don't really see her making a profit.

Not true!!! My mom and now myself are avid jigsaw puzzlers. She might have been able to sell them still in pieces at a garage sale...that's the only value after original purchase. But let her thinks what she wants.

I personally see more value in a puzzle you can do, re-do years later, or give away to someone to enjoy it too.
