. 1 ounce(s) soda water

1. Stir together Tanqueray London Dry Gin and lime juice.
2. Serve over ice in highball glass.
3. Top with soda water.

This simple, refreshing mix of lemon juice, sugar, gin, and seltzer has been around for at least a century and a half.

. 1 1/2 ounce(s) fresh-squeezed lemon juice
. 1/2 ounce(s) superfine sugar
