No. O + O = O

If both parents have type O blood, they cannot have a child with type A blood BUT I'd make sure both parents KNOW -for certain- what type blood they have.
They may be basing their knowledge of their blood type on something one of their parents told them when they were very young.

Get your baby a DNA test. Blood tests are inconclusive for establishing paternity.

No, type O is a recessive gene so if both parents are type O they can only have a type child. It is possible for type A or B parents to have a type O child but not the other way around.

No.

If both parents are type "O", the only possible blood type for their children is "O".

Nope, one donor, MUST be type A for this to happen, any combination of type O equals Type O.

No chance it's your husband's baby if it is Type A and you are both Type O.(See the last line in the chart below.)

Since you are listed as a female I'd have to assume you know whether the child could have been fathered by your husband or another man. It sounds to me like you are trying to fool your husband to cover up an indescretion. If you are going to have sex with another man you should at least use birth control.

Nope. Not a chance. For a child to have type A blood, at least one of the parents has to have type A blood. Two parents with type O blood will have a child with type O blood. Always!

No there is not even a 1% chance of a child having blood A when the parents are both type O...maybe the parents should get their blood re-checked to make sure that one of them isn't a type A...that would explain why a child would have type A...:D

no O is recessive so one of them has to have either type A or type AB

- Response by ter3092, A Sweet Sarah, Female, 18-21

No. O is recessive, and in order to have it expressed as a blood type, you have to inheret O type from both parents. 00 from Mom and 00 from dad cannot produce anyting but 00 for baby. If mom is 00 and dad is AA, the baby will have A type blood. If mom is 00 an dad is AB, baby's blood type will be either A or B or AB. If mom is 00 and dad is AO, the baby has a 50% chance of being type O, and 50% chance of being type A. I never EVER works the other way around. Sorry to say, but if you have OO gentic markers (which you HAVE to have in order to be type O blood type), and your husband also is type O, it is genetically impossible to have an A type child. Woman's got some 'splainin to do!

Not at all. The child would need to have one parent that is blood type A. It is genetic. I am AB for example. My mother is A and I am assuming that my father was either B or AB.

No it is not possible. I majored in pre-pharmacy....
Type O is recessive so if both parents have bloodtype O then it is not possible, but if both parents were heterogenious for that blood type then they can have a child with blood type O.
So for example....
mother: AO = blood type A but has the trait for blood type O
father: BO = blood type B but has the trait for blood type O
they both can give the trait O to the child and therefore the child can be blood type O = OO
the only way a person can have blood type O is by having the trait type OO
