The ocean always centers me. When I am feeling down, I usually go to the beach and just walk. The sounds and smell of the ocean brings me back

I used to be able to turn to my family but in recent years many of them have made me feel like an outcast. I have an ex that I can talk to but she doesn't always see things my way and ususally end up arguing.

I have no one to "turn to."

I simply make the best of things. I watercolor OR if there's a good movie around...I go. I love the silver screen...and I'll probably go see John Travolta and Robin Williams in their new film...probably another spoof... But, I don't bother waiting for someone to "come along" and amuse me.

In such situations, its best to turn inside, and seek answers.

Your soul, through super-conscious mind is the way leading to GOD, who is the ultimate source of power.

I turn to him for comfort and guidance. I wish I could call any of my friends but they wouldn't understand. I have chatted with a few friends here who have been very supportive and caring. I feel better after a good work-out at the gym or coming here to forget about my problems.

Hello dear

I do a lot, there is a lot of places to go, including nowhere because as long you find peace and love no matter where, no matter who and no matter what.

Just do not get fenced with anything and be happy for ever.

Kindest regards

PS:
What is your name

I have two wonderful sisters and a great sister in law who is always there for me when/if I need them...I also have my journal and/or poetry to help me get rid of some of the pent-up emotions I have...one thing I've always found to help is taking a walk, listening to music or writing in my journal...:D
