Reoccurring yeast infections?

Ladies, how do you handle reoccuring yeast infections, even after you've been to the OBGYN and they say nothing is wrong except your PH balance is off. Is there an alternative treatment? I've tried traditional meds.

Yogurt. It has all that good bacteria to ward off the bad stuff.

Eating yogurt at least once a week will help substantially.

PH balance is pretty crucial. Consult with a nutritionist-holistic health care professional. Some simple yet necessary dietary changes will help you immensely.

One thing to do immediately is eliminate sugar from your diet, and that includes bread, which is high in carbs that break down to sugar in the blood stream.

Also, since it is an infection---try to get more rest and sleep to help your body's immune system to do its job.

They say lacquer thinner will do the trick, but I wouldn't know.

Tried plain old vinegar yet?

Eat yogurt. That is what my doctor recommended and it has definitely helped.

Also, I've heard Azo is supposed to help with prevention. They are OTC tablets, often found in the feminine care aisle.
