Here's a quick and easy exercise to stimulate your thymus gland & boost your immune-system health: Every morning, tap on the middle of the breasdtbone with your fingers for 5 minutes.

5 minutes....in the morning I don't have 30 seconds....I'd have to give up one of my other morning habits.....and we know what it helps exercise.....
