What does it mean when a woman tells you she wants to take care of you?

I have several ideas, but don't want to necessarily read anything into it.

I once told that to my fiance. What I meant by it was that I wanted to keep him happy.

I would think it means she wants to marry you.

When I feel like I want to take care of something; I want to mother it, nurture, it, care for all of its needs, kind of like a mother takes care of her child, she sees to it or should see to it that all of the child's physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met. When I say I want to take care of a man I mean that I want to make him dinner, pack his lunch, remember the things that he forgets, fix his tie and sew up holes in his clothes or just notice if something he has needs replacing or repairing and see that it gets done without being asked, nursing him and spoon feeding him when he's sick, be there to show him love and support; it's more emotional than physical. It just means that I want to make sure that he feels safe, warm, comforted and secure. That's basically what that means in a nutshell.

if she's older then you, it means she wants to be your cougar, and make you her boy toy.

Voice inflection might be important on this one. If she is wanting to mother you, just say "no thanks". If she has a growl in her voice and she's reaching for your manhood, leave her alone and let her take charge.

You really need to ask her what her meaning is. You can take that several ways.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that she wants you to play the role of her husband and look after her.Be there when she needs someone to talk to, help her out and things like that.
