Babe, you don't need to lose weight.

Here's what you should do to look HOT and HEALTHY:

Up your calorie intake to 2000 calories per day using green leafy veggies to take up the slack from what you're not eating already. Make sure you consume at least one good source of protein per day: lean chicken breast, 95% fat free sirloin, seafood, etc. You don't have to eat fattening foods, but you need protein every day.

Exercise three times a week: thirty minutes of strength exercises (weights are GREAT, don't let anyone fool you) and thirty minutes of cardio makes a good workout.

You will be hot and you will replace fat pounds / cellulite with muscle. I'm willing to bet that what you don't like about your body now doesn't have anything to do with fat and everything to do with the way your body is composed--you may have a highish fat percentage while not being overweight. The thing to do is replace those fat pounds with muscle pounds--don't think in terms of pounds, think in terms of muscle vs. fat composition. If you go to a gym or a uni health center, they can actually help you with this.

you don't need to lose any weight. If your body is not tight you need to either lift weights or do yoga. Some kind or resistance training...and do regular cardio.

You just need to change your body composition....and not worry about the scale.

yes u should loose weight. the required amount of calories for that height are about 2000 calories. so with the right exercise u should.

You can lose weight as long as you're burning more calories than you are consuming, so yes you probably can doing that. But I think 115lbs is on the low side of healthy for your height so you might not want to try lose too much weight and just eat healthy and exercise instead of just losing weight. Your body fat will turn to muscle and you'll be slimmer and healthier.

Yes, no, maybe... 115 pounds on a 65 inch frame is on the low side of the weight scale anyway. 1400 calories may be what you need if you are sitting on your butt and doing nothing, or it may be low enough to send you into anorexia. We can't answer it and with those numbers, we shouldn't be.

Decide to live healthy, eat healthy and get 45 minutes of cardio and strength exercises in 3 or 4 times a week. That is what you should be doing...

That is my size and I don't need to lose a pound. I often have offers of food, so I must look underweight to some, but I am healthy. Anyone our size who asks questions like this is most likely anorexic or very attention starved. I'd go into counseling if you ask people questions like this a lot or if you really do look in the mirror and think you are fat.

At a 115lbs. you can maintain your current weight eating 1400 calories a day with NO exercise. If you work out, than you can up your caloric intake by 100 calories. An extra hour a week of working out buys you that space.

I also don't think you need to lose weight, actually based on your height, your ideal weight is 125 lbs, so even if you gain 10 more lbs, you still wouldn't need to lose weight. Just go for maintenance, whatever healthy diet you're doing now seems to be working, just stay at it.
