I'd have to say that it would either be an English Mastiff or an Irish Wolfhound. Those are the largest breeds, but it is a genetic thing and they vary just like in human males. A lot of the time the smallest breeds seem to have the biggest ones, what they lack in size they make up for in SIZE lol.
