I have coffee or tea in the morning and that's it for the day. I drink decaf tea in the afternoon. My body has gotten very sensitized to caffeine, too much and I'm so wired I vibrate.

Nope. Can drink caffeinated drinks at any hour without sleep disturbances. In fact, if my day has been dizzy with excitement and I have been well wound up, a couple of cups of coffee will put me to sleep like rocking a three month old baby.

I usually just have a couple of cups of coffee in the morning, and that's it. I like tea in the evenings sometimes, but it's usually herbal and decaf. And I rarely drink sodas. Too much caffeine just makes me feel out of sorts.
