Other than, "now would be a good time to take stock in tampax," there is nothing else to say except, "Go to the doctor!!!"

GO TO THE DOCTOR. Jesus.

You'll have a lot more fear, plus be really pissed at yourself, six months from now when you FINALLY go and they tell you it could have been cured IF ONLY you went to the doctor sooner.

Please, you need to stop being afraid and go to the doctor.....MANY WOMEN have cycles like yours.....there are SO MANY things that could be affecting your period.

We ARE NOT DOCTORS, but you really do need to see one....Please, get over your fear and make the appointment.

Just go honey, you need to be examined. Sometimes women bleed excessively for any number of reasons.
Your doctor will most likely order a D and C procedure. It is done under general anasthetic and you won't feel anything more than a cramping such as a heavy menstrual cycle would give you...easily controlled by a couple of Tylenol.
Don't waste anymore time, call a good friend or relative, Mom/Aunt to go and hold your hand through it...it will be OK, I promise.
Hugs...now go!

I hate going to the doctor myself even though 75% of the work I do is in the medical field, but bleeding to death is a lot more scary than making a doctor's appointment.

kick your fear out the door and get to the doctor. you would rather go 2 doctor and see whats really wrong and start getting help for it or would you rather close your eyes and hope it goes away and in the meantime you are dying??? think about that.

Go to the doctor - at least you'll find out what the problem is, instead of stewing over it.

It isn't good. This is not normal, but you already knew that. I think you need to seek medical advice. If nothing else you could become anemic from loss of blood. It might even be fatal.

I certainly understand the fear of going to a doctor and finding out the bad news, but in this case, I don't think you have any choice. Bleeding for three weeks is bad for your health.

Good luck

Um. Go see the doctor. If it is something bad. Waiting could cause it to get worse. If its nothing, waiting could cause it to become nothing.

Or it could be nothing, and your freaking out, because of nothing.

Better safe then sorry.
