Do your boobs hand low, do they wiggle too and fro......?

Ladies...do you have red marks after you take your bra off? Is that normal? Even you small chested women?
I am just getting so irratated by it. I am seriously considering going back to the doctor and talking about a breast reduction...

I thought I had the correct size bra but does even having that make the marks go away? :(

A bra is meant to support the boobs, not punish them or keep them arrested.

You can do:

1. Adjust the straps of bra, so that the boobs do not bulge out at any point.

2. If this does not help, maybe you need bigger cup size bra.

The best supporting bras do seem to be the most uncomfortable and do leave marks if I wear them all day.

what? I thought that was normal. I'm I don't have a serious red line when I take my bra off but it might be a light pink color.

I have red marks because of he extreme heat here and my underwires are metal. Eeek. So I cut them out and now everything is okay. Use aloe vera to heal the marks.

Does your bra have an underwire that rubs against your body?

I've been fitted several times to make sure I have the correct size & it doesn't matter what style but I always end up with the red marks, they go away rather quickly after removing my bra. I haven't found any magic cure for them yet. The only option I could see is gettin them hacked off & being flat enough to not have to wear a bra at all. Either way a reduction sounds to painful, I'll deal with the temp. red marks.
