Garlic is a wonder of nature, its good for everything. Antibacterial effect, boost immune system, possible cardiovascular benefits, digestive system, regulates blood sugar.
Side effect is of course that you stink.

I love garlic but you have to be careful. Had trouble taking garlic pills--I think it works better if you get your garlic on food.

I know that garlic is very good for you; I have never heard of anyone overdosing though. Now the only bad thing I can think of is once you have a good amount of garlic in your system it will give an odor that will literally come through your pores, and you will defiantly have people standing at bay. On the plus side of that the people you don't like talking to you may not bother you as much, lol.

Extra garlic oozes out of your skin with body oils and sweat. It makes you smell like garlic.

If that's the perfume you want, go for it.

the only thing i know of garlic is that it's an antioxidant and it prevents halitosis. my fiance says it's also antibacterial and antifungal so it's great!
