Many men run away from responsibilities; women seem to embrace them.

Do you think responsibility scares more men than women?

Update: May 31, 2009.
I meant when it comes to relationship and parental responsibilities. Millions of men just in this country would rather be free than tied down to one woman and millions of men abandon their families; I'm not making this stuff up! There are more deadbeat dads than moms.

I think men and women run away from different types of responsibilities. I see many women "running away" from the responsibility of earning their own living while embracing many family responsibilities and I see many men "running away" from family responsibilities while embracing many professional responsibilities. That's just the way we are geared up. And, from what I see, those gender role are not about to be challenged for real any time soon.

I tend to run from certain responsibilities. I guess I'm a lot like my father that way.

Many people see every question as sort of bais to one gender but the truth of the matter is that many men run away from their responsibilities. Women then to embrace them cause that is what they were taught to do as a little chid. But on the other hand men were taught to be tough thats all.

Both men and women run away from they responsibilities but its generally more common in men long ago exceptly in their fatherly duties but now u are seeing alot of men taking care of their children all by themselves. So as life changes most men become more responsible and stop running.

It's a perception thing.
Men gladly take on the responsibilities of joining the Army, buying a car, and getting through college to a brilliant career.
Women tell these guys that they're being IRresponsible, if they don't stop playing rock&roll with their buddies, racing motorcycles, or whatever other guy things turn them on.
Those are exactly the tings that give a man his identity, and once they get taken away, what is he?
