I'm 5'7" and 144lbs.

I'm 5'7" and 138. My job now -and my retired job- required a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and takes-up less space.

I used to be 125 when I was a runner. I looked pretty "stringy".
I'm okay with my current weight.

I'm 5' 5", and my weight always surprises people. I wrestled, and my body got compressed, but I stayed mostly the same weight in high school. I run all the time. I say these things because my weight will make you think super fat. And while I am a little fat, a good majority of it is muscle. I weigh it at 190.

5'6" 117 lbs. I'm a teeny little thing but I can handle my own. I'd love to have one of those athletic, curvy, cut, amazing bodies but being tiny, boney and petite is just what's in the cards for me. It could be worse, I could be a giant whale. haha.
