ANY cops? court terms...does any one know what and Disposition: "JDGMT GUILTY/RESP SENT IMPOSED mean

i'm trying to study about the court systems, and want to get into criminal justice as a you know what this means? this is an example criminal record with different senerios? what does the desposition mean?

Offense Type: Traffic/Other
Offense Description: LOCAL CHARGE
Disposition Date: 0101/05

the terms are tricky for me still would this mean it was a scary crime? its under traffic violation is it a dui?? the the terms are confusing..

You can not make the assumption that it was a DUI. You have no idea what the penalty was or the initial charge. You just know it was a traffic violation. He was found guilty on 1-1-05. I'm guessing that RESP SENT IMPOSED is responsibility sentence imposed.

Its an undefined traffice term brought by the local police. Result: Judgement: guilty, sentence has been imposed or handed down. Date of all this: 1-1-05. There's a few different types of traffic violations, don't automatically assume it's DUI
