How should i get rid of my risen??!?!? help please

Ok, i know this is gross but i have a risen on my vagina area. like wear my hair grows. it hurts its sore and its huge. im a lil girl and its almost taking over my whole area. well maybe not that big but when i try to squezze it. its like an inch in width. u know what i mean.
so what should i do.
how can i get rid of it?

If there's a hair there, pull it out, and starting taking an iron pill at least once a day.
If it doesn't clear up, then you should definiteily go see your doctor. Good luck :)

Try hot packs, and a antibiotic cream. If it does not burst or improve, you really must see a doctor. You may need a course of antibiotics.

There is some sort of stuff you can buy or even google on here on how to get rid of the resin just not sure what it is. Rubbing alcohol might help???
