A lot of people dont like to hear it, but stretching exercises are the key to this....too many get hooked on manipulation and other forms of therapy that *feels* good, but ultimately you need to strengthen the muscles to avoid chronic pain.

The ONLY two things that worked for me 10 years ago were Chiropractic care and massage. I am still bothered with my neck and spinal injury and thank God my husband knows how to give a good massage!

I honestly do not know what the best treatment would be since you have tried quite a few and they have not been successful. Maybe you should ask your doctor what she/he thinks would work for you. I wish you the very best!

Find a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician. They use a non-surgical approach and are often very successful at helping people with injuries.
