I do not think it really matters, unless the doctor misses and messes something up so you can't breast feed. I had mine after, but when I was researching everything, according to research, it doesn't matter. BTW I love mine! Best wishes!

Surgeons recommend waiting until after pregnancy/breastfeeding simply because they can change so much at that time. Getting them before all that is kind of pointless because you'd be undoing all the work you just paid for.

My daughter got a Breast Augmentation and she hasn't have any children. She is 26 years old. She will be able to breast feed if she chooses to. The prosthesis was put under her breast muscle.
