Getting rid of calloused knees.

How can I smooth out rough knees that look calloused? They have a darker complexion than the rest of my legs.

If it's callouses use a pumice stone. If they're just rough a sugar scrub should help.

There is something available at health food stores called Calendula Cream. It is made from calendula flowers & is quite safe. It's worth a try.
Vitamin E is also helpful sometimes - rub the oil into the skin and ALSO take a good dose internally every day.

I bet you sit in the sun with bare knees a lot, so that the skin is well tanned there, then compresses a bit when you stand. Not much to do there except use a sun block on your knees. RE callouses, how about just giving them a good oiling a couple of times a day to moisturize that skin?

Try the little sanding blocks. They work great and you won't believe the results in such a short length of time. It really works! After sanding use a little vaseline to soften the area before bed.
