Tell him when it hurts, and if he doesn't stop what he's doing, kick his ass out of bed and find a guy who honors your boundaries. If you can't open your mouth & tell someone to STOP hurting you, then you need assertiveness training before you have sex again. Seriously. You need to insist that he stop doing things that hurt you or that you don't enjoy. If he doesn't respect that, he's a pig and you need to dump him.

Most direct resolution I could think of is "Hey uhm honey, would you stop abusing my boobs please? I don't juggle your balls so please don't play tetherball with my girls".

Seriously, why don't you simply stop him when he's going too far? Direct him in how to handle you.
