Usually when someone calls you that, it's because you don't want what they want and they think they should have it their way because they like . . . wait for it . . . to be freakin' in control!!!

But I have been called that because I used to be one. And when it started making me totally miserable, I looked into it and found that it's closely tied to OCD. If you've ever had an anxiety attack, if you're phobic about anything or if anyone in your immediate family suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorder, you might be helped by medication. It worked for me!

Yes - I simply feel responsible for what my staff did and so I tend to double/triple check their work before turning them in.

I need to learn trusting my staff but it's hard.
