I'm in the process of funding another job in another city about an hour and a half away from where I live. As hard as that sounds, I really don't want to use staffing agencies but I'm thinking I don't have much of a choice and every job search website is absolutely infested with their ads.

Two questions:

Is there a way to filter these out of searches that I haven't figured out yet?

Did you have a positive or negative experience with working with recruiters or staffing agencies when trying to find employment?

they are controlling the country!!! I hate them! I have been sent to some horrible jobs and turned down for many more because of my age. When you are a temp you are usually hated by the "regualar" people and get the crap work to do. Every job I get sent to me by Career Builder is a temp place it seems....Go to the local newspaper and see if their job ads have any jobs. I am moving too in July so I will going back home blindly, hoping I can find a job! Good luck.
