Disheartened

Okay, I am the first to admit that maybe some of my POPs should be blocked, but the last 3 were perfectly innocent! I wasn't trying to reach anyone in particular. It was just a question that the original post made me think of. Isn't that what a POP is supposed to be???

Christ, if this makes it through, it will be the first out of 4 different attempts with different questions!

Someone enlighten me, please. Because the whole process seems a bit arbitrary to me.
