There really isn't anything that is free even online. Weight watchers by far has the best program for your money. You can also look into perhaps going to a local meeting which doesn't cost much but varies depending on where you are.

Go to a couple of meetings to get a feel for it to see if it would be something you are interested in. I will also say that an online program is harder to actually stick with due to not having any 'real' support and motivation that you get from others. I know it is hard and perhaps you think you don't have the time but making yourself and your health a priority can actually open up doors you never thought possible. Good Luck!

You can do Weight Watchers online. Go to their website, it will have all the info. It's cheaper than going to meetings, I'm sure. If you still can't afford it go to DWLZ.com It's a great Weight Watchers community, no charge.

Yes check out www.sparkpeople.com it's free and similar to Weight Watchers. But I just recently joined Weight Watchers and I like it much better because I go to the weekly meetings. I know WW is expensive but I made a decision to join until I can't afford it anymore. Good Luck

Yes, there is a site on-line called ediets.com, they do not charge anything and I have heard good reviews about them. But I cannot personally recommend it having never tried it. Good Luck
