I find playing a game of fastball, taking a walk, exercising and/or going to the beach helps me not think about sex and rids me of any frustrations I may be feeling...my guy works 10 days on and 4 days off and I usually spend those 10 days keeping busy otherwise I will really get frustrated...lol...;)

Yes to both! I exercise 3-5 times a week at the gym, taking aerobics and dance classes once or twice a week, lifting free weights 2-3 times a week and doing gentle yoga once a week. It helps to relieve the stress, depression or anger in my life at times. Yoga helps me to focus on my inner strength while the cardio exercises help me to burn off the frustration and make me feel good by releasing the endomorphins.

Exercise just pisses me off more. But it's a distraction from frustration.

My only outlet: TV

I need to dumb down my mind as much as possible and fill it with garbage.

Everything else, leaves my mind room to work.

Exercise + TV. = Minitrampoline while watching TV.

Jogging, yes, in beautiful scenery, not around a track - similarly bike riding - if it's pretty

Good fiction maybe science fiction can also can be incredibly absorbing
