mire hasta el momento no existe ninguna cura para el insomnio pero si una muy amplia gama de medicamentos el mejor control para el insomnio en lo personal es el pasiflorine tabletas y en jarabe tomar 1 tableta antes de dormir y en caso de jarabe tomar 2 cucharaditas antes de acostarse pues la pasiflora no le causa dependencia suerte
