I am on vacation till July 5th and would like to kick start a weight reduction program. Yes I know how to do the whole lifestyle, nutritional, exercise thing. But I want to know some of your secrets for an initial weight loss of maybe 5-7lbs.

row, bike, swim or run hard in the morning on an empty stomach. Don't do any of these at a moderate pace, instead do 30 secs at full blast and then relax for 30 secs, alternate this routine for 12 mins and watch how the fat just melts off your body
