Ok Ladies...There has been alot of talk on the news and news wires on the net about the new Male Birth Control...
When this comes out on the market would you continue taking your own birth control? Do you think this would make sex much more enjoyable not having to worry about it knowing you AND your partner are on birth control? How do you feel about the new BC for males? I for one would love to be on birth control. Any comments and/or thoughts is great.

I think it's one of the greatest ideas I've heard yet! From what I hear it's supposedly 100% effective? I think it would make sex more enjoyable knowing that the chances of getting pregnant are next to nothing. I would however still take mine just to be on the safe side. All the same, I think it'll be a big hit.

I think it's awesome! Finally men have some control over accidental pregnancies. If I were a man, I'd be totally paranoid about a girl getting pregnant by accident or even on purpose! I hope many men are as happy about this as you are. It's unfair that men have so little choice in prevention, yet they are held financially responsible for pregnancies. This is good news indeed.

I think the new male birth control is awesome, but I still wouldn't stop taking mine, because they aren't 100% effective. But yes, I would definitely feel better if both my partner and I were on birth control.

I'm not sure how I feel exactly about this whole male birth control thing. On one side it's a great idea, but I think with some guys they'd go on it so they could screw around a little more and not have to worry about knocking some chick up. I'm sure some women are that way now. However, on the other side it's great because there would be less chance of a couple getting pregnant when they aren't ready for it. I say bring it on, cause I hate taking that damn pill, I don't like shots, and I'm not big on the idea of people putting rods in my arm.

it sounds great on the surface, but in all honesty...bc is really bad for you! it reduces ur chance of fertility by quite a bit! i mean if thats a risk ur willing to take, make sure to talk to your partner, cuz thats a huge deal (not having your own kids) would kinda suck in my opinion. so make sure you think about it long and hard. its like the morning after pill...it makes u sick and kills your eggs (for a woman) think of what its doing to your insides!! NOT GOOD!!

I think it is a great option. If I were a guy I would be the first in line for it. There are a lot of unplanned pregnancies and therefore unwanted children, there is nothing better than being able to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. As far as I am concerned I would also take my normal form of BC, better safe than sorry.
